High Vibe Studio – SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

Program Description


High Vibe Studio provides SMS messaging services for account verification, authentication, security notifications, password resets, and essential service alerts. These are strictly transactional messages (no marketing).

Message Frequency


Message frequency varies based on your usage of our services. For example, you may receive one message per login attempt or per security-sensitive action.

Message and Data Rates


Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

​

Opt-In and Consent


By providing your phone number and requesting an OTP (one-time password) or other transactional SMS, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from High Vibe Studio for these purposes. Consent is not transferable and applies only to High Vibe Studio services.

Opt-Out Instructions


You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to the short code. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation SMS to verify you are unsubscribed. You will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you opt back in by requesting a new OTP or otherwise re-enrolling.

Sample confirmation reply (must fit under 160 characters):
“You are unsubscribed from High Vibe Studio OTP. Opt back in by requesting a new code. Reply HELP for help or email legal@highvibe.studio.”

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance. You can also contact customer care directly at:

Numbers will always respond to customer care requests, regardless of subscription status.

Carrier Liability


Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy


We are committed to protecting your privacy. Phone numbers are used solely for verification and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
